Leading analysts recognize beqom’s customer – centric spirit

beqom is positioned furthest and highest in the Challengers’ Quadrant for completeness of vision and ability to execute in the 2015 Magic Quadrant for Sales Performance Management.

We believe beqom’s significant movement in the latest magic quadrant signals that not only our customers but now the industry recognizes our core values as a true market differentiator. We feel the movement made in this year’s findings is a remarkable achievement given that we are one of the youngest players in the market. We believe one of the reasons for this achievement comes from our spirit of doing what’s right for our customers. It lead us to change our pricing model to an all-inclusive annual fee – shifting the risk of unpredictable implementation and maintenance costs away from our customers.

Industry analysts have recognized beqom’s unique delivery model which combines license, infrastructure, implementation and on-going support costs into one annual fee.

Most organizations do not assess costs beyond the use of the software and are surprised by extra fees for migration and implementation. Even in cloud computing there is no magic to migrate a company to a new application environment. Unlike many vendors beqom addresses these issues in procuring software by building in the services needed.

Another illustration of this spirit is how we handle data security: beqom is one of the only cloud vendors to offer a Data Residency Option with data encryption control. This must be our Swiss DNA, but we could not have conceived a less secure platform.

Always, thanks to this customer-centric spirit, we are creating long-term partnerships with our customers – keeping their interests in the forefront of how we grow and how we innovate.
