HR is transforming — recruitment, learning, communication and now performance management are all incorporating very different approaches from those we relied upon in the past. But where is Reward in this transformation?
Recent corporate scandals at firms such as Wells Fargo, have placed Reward at the heart of their requirements for culture change. Dealing with the impacts of recent legislation including the national living wage as well as future requirements such as reporting on pay differentials add further drivers for change. Shareholders are voting down executive pay while the demand for talent hots up. New opportunities are provided by compensation systems and other technologies. It makes sense to deal with these changes on a holistic and strategic level.
During this two-hour interactive session we will review the drivers for change, potential short term and longer term opportunities and the broader impacts of these sorts of changes. Jon will provide provocation, make suggestions and share some case studies. There will also be time for sharing your reactions and developing your ideas with other attendees.
