beqom Appoints York Hutton to Head North American Services, Reflecting Growth and Investment in Customers

beqom, a cloud-based compensation software provider, today announced that it is appointing York Hutton as Head of Services, North America, in response to a growing demand among  top tier large enterprises.

With beqom’s strong track record of project success, the promotion of the industry veteran to the top services role continues beqom’s commitment to customer success and the ability to adapt to changing times, as the world’s leading companies move to digitize human resources functions such as compensation management.

Mr. Hutton brings nearly 20 years of software industry experience and four years of beqom experience and knowledge to the role, with a deep understanding of the beqom solution, North American customers, and partner ecosystem. He will assume the new role as of September 1, 2020.

With customers in financial services and other highly security conscious sectors, clients look to beqom to provide a certified, reliable, and compliant automated platform for their critical compensation processes. As such, beqom Services teams work continually to meet the stringent data security and reliability requirements of beqom’s enterprise customers, including the adoption of extraordinary measures to respond to the COVID-19 environment.

Prior to joining beqom, Mr. Hutton spent 11 years at Microsoft, including seven as the Director of the Microsoft Partner Network. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
