Travis Perkins plc Turns to beqom to Take its Compensation Processes to the Next Level

Today, beqom has been selected to manage the HR compensation processes for Travis Perkins plc. Founded more than 200 years ago, Travis Perkins plc is one of the UK's leading suppliers of materials and professional services to the building and construction, and home improvement markets. The Group operates 21 businesses from 2,000 plus sites across the UK, and employs over 30,000 people.

Travis Perkins has a long history sharing success with colleagues with all employees having an opportunity to earn a bonus. This fundamental desire to recognise employee performance through its reward and compensation processes had previously only been achievable through self built systems.

For us, upgrading from our old compensation system was an important technology change. Finding a partner who could manage our complexities whilst delivering an intuitive interface for our managers was critical. We felt beqom was the right company because their people clearly showed the compensation knowledge, expertise and passion we desired.

— Paul Nelson, Group Head of Reward, Travis Perkins plc

Being selected by Travis Perkins as the preferred compensation vendor is another example of our capabilities to address the needs of large enterprises. This is a great start to our 2016.

— Fabio Ronga, CEO, beqom
