EMEA Partner Business Development Manager

The role

What you will be doing

  • Identify and hire strategic global and regional HCM consulting and systems integration firms across EMEA
  • Grow sales pipeline with new or existing partners working closely with beqom Sales, Marketing and their partners counterparts to coordinate joint accounts strategies and lead generation execution
  • Work closely with Professional services to ensure partners enablement to deliver world class services with 100% success ratio and customer happiness
  • Reporting to the Head of Global Business Development

Essential Skills

  • High energy, passion and perseverance in fast growing startup
  • Solid team spirit and problem solving / positive attitude
  • Outstanding people relationship skills 
  • Eager to learn new business value proposition (HR/Comp & Ben/Sales Performance)
  • Fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking). French, German a plus
  • Very good presentation skills and listening skills 
  • Mobility: travel required 30% 
  • Experience required (10 to 15 years)
  • Strategic solution selling experience in large accounts 
  • International experience

Nice to have's

  • Field Marketing experience is a plus
