The role

beqom is looking for a result driven and solution oriented mindset with enthusiasm to increase beqom’s value for its existing customer base and expand beqom’s footprint.

What you will be doing

  • Account Management and Development of large, global beqom clients - build a sustainable pipeline to increase beqom’s footprint
  • Ensure customer success through value based best practice sharing, and build customer communities in close alignment with customer care
  • Development and execution of value based migration, up-sell and cross-sell programs, in close cooperation with Product Strategy and Product Marketing to market the uniqueness of the beqom solution
  • Organize global, regional and local customer events to share industry best practices and future innovation based on beqom’s platform

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling Enterprise Software solutions at large scale to global enterprises
  • Ability to interact with large organizations on all levels, including Executive Level in HR, Sales and Finance
  • Strong communication and excellent presentation skills
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have's

Experience in selling Employee Performance or Sales Performance Management Solutions is a plus.
