HR/Legal Assistant


The role

beqom’s HR & Legal Department is looking for a HR/Legal Assistant based in Nyon, supporting beqom’s human resources, legal and compliance teams, a dynamic and rapidly growing business within As a HR/Legal Assistant you will be a key member of our team.

What you will be doing

  • Provide front line support for the legal counsels, human resources manager as well as the head of risk & compliance
  • Provide administrative support for legal and HR dpt
  • Track documents and other legal and HR administrative matters with the business groups
  • Organise, compile, update Company personnel records and documents
  • Create and maintain contract management databases and data privacy process records
  • Help organize new Employees orientation on-boarding
  • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an administrative capacity related to data privacy, information security and contractual matters
  • Federal Commerce Diploma or equivalent
  • Legal & HR experience is a must
  • Strong english and french written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with minimal supervision
  • React with appropriate urgency
  • Be internal client-service oriented
  • Great organization skills, and the ability to easily switch gears
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong desire and aptitude for learning new concepts
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and take effective action in ambiguous situations
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A good sense of humor is essential

Nice to have's

  • Any other European languages are a plus
  • Experience in working for an IT Services organisation
  • A good sense of humor
