The role

We are looking for a brilliant Inside Sales who will support a wide range of demand generation activities across the marketing mix to help identify, nurture and qualify new leads to increase conversions, by promoting beqom’s products and services, brand and message worldwide.

What you will be doing

  • Generating a robust pipeline of MQLs through the utilization of strategic marketing and lead generation initiatives and tools
  • Identifying and assessing data sources to maintain high standards of list integrity and strategic targeting to ensure quality leads
  • Outbound calling, engaging with and developing prospects to be closed by Sales team
  • Tracking and monitoring all leads and activities in Salesforce.com
  • Nurturing leads to secure appointments with Sales Reps in vertical markets in the US
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to identify and source potential leads
  • Following up with prospects who responded to marketing activities and campaigns
  • Reporting on the lead generation pipeline using appropriate KPIs and providing weekly reports on demand generation efforts and ROI
  • Assisting marketing with upcoming projects and hosting local events
  • Researching and monitoring current industry trends, strategies and technology to provide insight on ways to improve the lead-generation conversion rate 

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of sales or demand generation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via the phone and e-mail
  • Ability to research and maintain contacts
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company and with various business contacts outside of the company in an articulate professional manner
  • Ability to assess prospect’s “fit”
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent probing and listening skills
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce & Hubspot
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office essential
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media channels

Nice to have's

  • Previous experience working with the software industry would be highly desirable (B2B sales)
  • Commercially driven
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated
