Telemarketing Support

The role

We are looking for a brilliant business development support who will play a key role in promoting beqom’s products and services.  The successful candidate will play an enabling role and will contribute to the effective delivery of marketing activities and events to enable the smooth running of the business development team, with a particular focus on event registrations.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting the Marketing Teams direct marketing effort by recruiting delegates for events
  • Supporting the global Business Development team
  • Accurately capture data in our CRM system (Hubspot / Salesforce)
  • Assisting marketing with upcoming event management and hosting local events
  • Identifying and assessing data sources to maintain high standards of list integrity and strategic targeting to ensure quality leads
  • Outbound calling, engaging with and developing prospects
  • Following up with prospects who responded to marketing activities and campaigns

 

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via the phone and email
  • Team player
  • Build rapport with contacts over the phone
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company and with various business contacts outside of the company in an articulate professional manner
  • Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of a CRM system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in using LinkedIn and other social media channels
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to have's

  • Previous experience working within the software industry
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot
