beqom announces successful deployment of sales performance management solution at Turkcell for all dealers and sales employees

Istanbul, November 5, 2012: beqom announces today the successful deployment of its solution to manage the sales performance and incentive compensation plans for 30,000 dealers and employees at Turkcell. Turkcell, the leading communications and technology company in Turkey, implemented the beqom solution to manage complex performance-based incentive plans for an extensive and diverse dealer network as well as internal employees. The beqom solution was also required to support Turkcell’s business users managing a highly dynamic environment faced with constant changes to commission calculations.

“With beqom, we achieved the very aggressive objectives we had set for this project. We see this successful go-live as a significant milestone in Turkcell’s history,” said Ilker Kuruoz, CIO at Turkcell.

beqom’s compensation platform enabled Turkcell to rollout one application covering the specificities of each employee and dealer type, at any level of the dealers’ complex organization. Sales incentives are now managed in a more automated, faster and easier way. The results are accurate commissions, reduced calculation times, full auditability, data transparency and centralized compensation statements.

More importantly, business users can now directly manage the entire process - from incentive definition to simulation and what-if modeling - allowing Turkcell to have the right employee and dealer incentives in place at any time.

“To witness Turkcell deploying our solution to all its Sales channels in less than a year, given the extreme transaction volumes and calculation complexity, was really inspiring.”

— Nurettin Sendogan, CTO, beqom
