Randstad Germany Goes Live With beqom’s Total Compensation Solution

beqom today announced the go-live of its Total Compensation Solution for Randstad Germany, the largest personnel services company in the country. Operating in round about 40 countries across the globe, the Randstad Group is the world’s second-largest HR service provider.

Randstad selected beqom to implement a solution to support their new bonus model. The first go-live in June 2016 has automated and streamlined the quarterly team bonus management process for the organization, giving internal employees a detailed view of how their bonus is calculated. With the final go-live in February 2017 the annual individual bonus management process was implemented, involving managers in the bonus nomination and significantly reducing the work load of the involved people.

“beqom’s Total Compensation Solution has helped us to successfully start our new bonus processes in time. Providing our internal employees with a transparent way to see how their bonus is calculated, and to understand how their compensation relates to performance. The system was well received, with people already asking to use the system for other processes.”

— Andreas Bolder, Director Group Human Resources, Randstad

Concerning the successful launch, beqom Chief Executive Officer, Fabio Ronga, said, “The deployment of the beqom solution at Randstad is another great example of how our platform supports the complex compensation management needs of large enterprises from different sectors.”
