NEW YORK, NY & NYON, SWITZERLAND—beqom, a provider of cloud-based total compensation and continuous performance management solutions, announced that it has named Cory Rhoads, an experienced leader in enterprise SaaS sales, as Head of Sales for the US.
Cory brings 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, having previously held Services, Sales, and Sales Management positions at leading software and consulting companies, including CallidusCloud/SAP, Siebel/Oracle, and Accenture. His domain expertise includes nearly two decades in the sales performance management (SPM) industry.
As Head of US Sales, Cory will lead beqom’s US Sales team covering all territories outside of Financial Services and will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders. He will also work closely with beqom's global leadership team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and market share. Vismay Gada will continue to head the Financial Services sales team for beqom in the US and globally.
