Today, beqom announced the go-live of its Total Compensation Solution for Stryker Corporation, a global leading medical technology company. Stryker has been a loyal beqom customer since 2009 using the solution to manage their salary and bonus processes for entities in the US, Europe, and Asia. Stryker has decided to upgrade their on-premise application to leverage the advanced technology and infrastructure of beqom’s Total Compensation Cloud Solution for its worldwide organization.
In this first phase of the go-live, Stryker implemented the beqom Platform for its Global Salary review processes including employee performance, benchmarking, salary planning and total rewards statements. Managers at Stryker are now running the annual salary review process autonomously on the beqom platform thanks to its user friendly interface.
Along with the go-live of the Salary Review process beqom has also upgraded Stryker’s Bonus Management processes to the cloud solution enabling more efficient process management for Stryker’s entities using the latest cloud technology and solution capabilities.
