Fabio is a beqom co-founder. He has spent his entire career in enterprise software, scaling organizations. A passionate leader and entrepreneur, Fabio is winner of the prestigious 2019 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year award. Fabio leads the growth strategy and operations of beqom, and has been key to establishing it as an industry leader.
Brad brings 20 years of experience in senior finance roles at technology companies including EDS, Hewlett Packard, and DXC. Brad ensures we have the finance, people, and processes to make beqom an easy organization to do business with, and ensure a trusted, efficient, and sustainable company.
Stephan is a beqom co-founder and global leader whose career in enterprise software includes 12 years at SAP. Stephan applies his passion for excellence to building a scalable worldwide sales team and driving revenue growth. His goal is to bring high-value solutions to our customers.
Tanya is a co-founder of beqom. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, product marketing and communications. She frequently writes and speaks on pay equity and is a member of the Forbes HR Council. Tanya is responsible for beqom’s global marketing strategy, positioning, brand, demand generation, and public relations.
Seb has 15 years of experience in software engineering and previously worked at Nexthink, growing the engineering team and making 1000+ customers happy. Seb ensures beqom provides the best possible experience for customers. He relies on the product engineering organization and uses the latest tech and methodologies.
Chief Product Officer
Clare is passionate about HR technology and user experience, and has been working in the industry building, delivering, and supporting HR technology for over 15 years. She most recently was the CTO and co-founder of Our Tandem. Clare’s role is to design and deliver exciting and innovative features into the hands of our users.
Global Head of Financial Services
Vismay brings 15 years of compensation transformation experience in the FS industry, most recently as Head of Compensation at First Republic Bank. He has 9 years in senior compensation roles at Credit Suisse and 4 years in management consulting and audit in Banking. His goal is to deliver customer value through beqom's technology.

Jurian is responsible for the successful delivery of beqom. Customer happiness and establishing long-term relationships are his key drivers. Over the last 7 years, Jurian has performed several roles within beqom, from Head of Customer Care to Head of Presales. Before beqom, Jurian was a consultant for different Business Intelligence solutions.
Chief Customer Officer
Aisling is dedicated to ensuring beqom’s customers benefit from community, insight, and expertise. She is the former CEO and co-founder of Our Tandem. Prior to that, she was HR Director for various organizations including SAP and Telefonica O2. With over 25 years in HR, she has lead global change initiatives across industries and sectors.
Head of Risk & Compliance
Hery has over 25 years in managing information and privacy risks at a senior management level in large financial institutions such as Pictet and JPMorgan Chase, and has proven expertise in managing data protection and digital risk. Hery leads the compliance, security, and privacy programs needed to build trust for beqom customers and stakeholders.
We partner with companies that can help customers with continuous performance and compensation management strategy, manage large-scale implementations and incorporate beqom into their daily workflow. We offer a methodology and certification process to ensure our partners will live up to the 100% success rate beqom is known for.
