Who we are

beqom was founded in 2009 to transform the way organizations manage their compensation and performance. Today, we set the standard of excellence for enterprise compensation, performance management, and pay equity, ensuring millions of employees worldwide feel valued, fairly paid, and acknowledged for their efforts. We’re now a thriving organization of 250 employees and growing, with offices in 12 countries. We're global and inclusive, united by our common working language, English. How we hire

Our hiring process

1. Application

Share your resume and answer a few short questions. No cover letter needed.

2. Video interview

If your profile seems to be a match, the recruiter will invite you for the first video call. Share your story and explain why you're the one we're looking for. It's also a chance for you to ask first questions.

3. Hiring team Interview

You will be invited to the next round with our hiring team. Expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in your area of expertise. Please also prepare some questions, as this is your chance to dig deeper.

4. Second chat

Some roles require a second interview round. Depending on the role this can be a case study, a practical assignment or a coffee chat. You will be asked in depth questions about your experience and way of work. This your moment to shine!
