A letter from our CEO and Chief Customer Officer
When beqom acquired the continuous performance management innovator Our Tandem in August of 2022, it marked a watershed moment in HR performance and rewards. This groundbreaking move provided the ability for organizations to align compensation with an innovative new take on performance management, driving employee engagement and a deeper level of transparency and connection between the two processes.
Since then, we’ve been working hard to integrate our offerings and bring the best of our worlds together for our valued clients. We have truly become one company with a seamless integrated approach to the market and our ways of working.
The last step on this journey is to align under one company name.
From April 3rd onwards, we will be retiring the name Tandem and positioning all of our messages, communication, and social activities under the name beqom.
beqom was founded in 2009 to fill a market gap for which there was no comprehensive solution: total compensation management. Likewise, Our Tandem was established in 2016 in response to another market gap for which there was no complete solution: total performance management, driven by real-time feedback and continuous engagement.
Together now as beqom, we offer customers a continuous performance and total compensation solution that delivers rewards aligned to real-time performance data, feedback, behavior, and goals along the employee touchpoints, giving employees a feeling of purpose and engagement. This one-of-a-kind solution ensures that rewards are individualized, fair, and within budget through a powerful optimization and governance engine.
