Cercle Magellan, the prestigious international HR networking group, has awarded beqom the Cercle Magellan Quality Label, as a member of its International Comp & Ben Club.
That’s great news for us, but what does that mean for our customers?
The Cercle Magellan is a network formed by HR professionals to support some of the specialized functions in the HR field, like international mobility and compensation & benefits. It was founded in 1998 by HR leaders who wished to support their organizations’ international growth by professionalizing international mobility management. In 2006 it launched the International Comp & Ben Club. Today it consists of around 250 member companies and over 1500 HR leaders across three specialist clubs:
- International Comp & Ben
- International Mobility
- International Talent Management
In addition to its HR practitioner membership, the network includes an active community of official fellows and accredited service providers working with them. Service providers are accredited by the membership. As of September 1, 2023, beqom was welcomed as a certified service provider.
The Cercle Magellan Quality Label represents a seal of approval from Cercle Magellan members, signifying their confidence in beqom’s quality as an international HR service provider. This accreditation is granted through a rigorous selection process, including member recommendations and client satisfaction scores from beqom customers.
The International Comp & Ben Club caters to HR leaders in the compensation and benefits function. It offers them the opportunity to obtain information, share their experiences, and make contacts in an exclusive and intimate environment. The aim of the accreditation is to allow HR professionals to find the right partners and service providers. beqom is referenced in the fields of HRIS, Business Intelligence, and Digitalization.
According to the Cercle Magellen announcement, beqom’s “expertise in cloud solutions for global remuneration management and continuous management of employee development and performance meets the challenges of companies of all sizes and reinforces all those already identified within our community of experts present in the directory.”
