From the app, employees can review their targets, achievement rates, and earnings instantly when they are working remotely. They also can simulate future earnings by forecasting achievement rates for their current objectives, a feature designed to motivate employees to meet and exceed their goals.
Managers can see performance results for their teams and focus on individual employees’ objectives and achievement rates to identify top performers or problem areas. By easily filtering results by territories, regions, or objectives, managers can continuously stay on top of performance.
With the beqom Mobile app, managers and employees can keep compensation processes moving while on the go, with the ability to approve, reject, and comment on documents. Users can use the app offline for continued access to information even in areas where connectivity is limited.
