Our 2022 survey shows that workers value flexibility, pay transparency, and non-monetary perks — even while asking for higher wages

Our 2022 Compensation & Culture Report uncovers how employee attitudes are changing and how employers can adapt to attract and retain talent.

We surveyed 2,000 active employees in the US and the UK to get a sense of their experiences and perspectives on: total compensation, work-life balance, transparency, and benefits, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.

The findings show that a majority of employees have considered switching jobs in the past year, and that the factors that would prompt them to move include more flexibility in working hours or location, greater transparency around pay practices, and other non-monetary factors.
