Lara helps global organizations turn compliance regulations into a workable pay equity strategy. As a Pay Equity and Transparency Consultant at beqom, she advises HR and Rewards teams on pay data readiness and the practical decisions behind Right to Information, candidate pay transparency, and gender pay gap reporting. Lara has spent over eight years in enterprise SaaS across pre-sales, solution advisory, and implementation. She began her career in retail operations, leading a multi-store district of more than 30 employees, which still shapes how she talks about pay: in terms of the managers and employees who have to live with the decisions. Lara is a regular speaker on pay equity and transparency, including HR core events and the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO).
