Sébastien Baehni

Sébastien Baehni is the CTO of beqom, a leading total compensation management platform headquartered in Switzerland. Before joining beqom, he spent over eight years as VP Engineering at Nexthink — joining when the company had around 35 employees and helping scale it into a global organization valued at over $3 billion. Prior to Nexthink, he spent five years at Swissquote, Switzerland's pioneering online bank. Sébastien holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Computer Science from EPFL.
