Gudrun Thorgeirsdottir is passionate about helping global organizations achieve fair pay, with years of experience guiding the implementation of efficient data-driven SaaS solutions to drive pay equity and ensure compliance with global regulations. Prior to co-founding PayAnalytics by beqom, she has held leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer.
