The transposition deadline has come and gone, but Europe's pay transparency landscape is still very much in motion.

Some countries have fully implemented the Directive, others are mid-process, and a few haven't moved at all — leaving employers to navigate compliance against a moving target. Article 7's Right to Information provisions are already live in several member states, putting new pay-related requests in front of HR teams today. And with Article 9 reporting on the horizon for mid-2027, the next major milestone is closer than most organizations realize.

Watch the recording of our recent webinar with Lara Winzen, Pay Equity & Transparency Consultant at beqom, Hayley Bakker, Head of Customer Experience & Enablement at beqom, and Max Oranski, Senior Manager Global Reward at TUI Group, for a candid conversation on where things stand today, what's changed over the summer, and what organizations should be doing now to get ahead of what's coming next.

What you will learn:

  • What's changed over the summer: The key legislative developments and updates across member states over the past few months.
  • Differing approaches across member states: How countries are aligning or diverging from the legislation when transposing it into local law.
  • Right to Information in practice: What Article 7 means day to day — the requests employees can now make, how organizations are responding, and where gaps are showing up.
  • Getting ahead of Article 9 reporting: The local nuances shaping the mid-2027 deadline, and the data prep, simulations, and remediation steps organizations should start now.
