Everyone is adding AI to their compensation stack. But when something goes wrong, can you explain why it happened?

Most AI tools weren't built for compensation. They were built for speed and scale — and in a domain where every decision touches someone's livelihood, that's not enough. The question isn't whether to use AI in compensation. It's whether you're using AI you can defend.

Watch this 30-min on-demand webinar with beqom's Dr. Julian Perez Alzueta, Head of AI and Analytics, and Dr. Sébastien Baehni, CTO, as they explain what Intentional AI actually means in practice — and how to implement it without losing control of the decisions that matter most.

What you'll learn:

  • Why generic, black-box AI creates real legal and reputational risk in compensation — and what to use instead.
  • The three modes of Intentional AI and how they work together: agentic AI, ML modeling, and rule-based systems.
  • Where humans must stay in control — and how to build those touchpoints before something goes wrong.
  • How to move from an AI system of record to a system of intelligence — without outpacing your governance.
  • Practical steps to start building a compensation AI strategy you can explain to managers, employees, and regulators.
