Webinar | Best Practices, Revisited: The Compensation Trends Set to Define 2027

Thursday 5th November at 5.30pm CET | 11.30am ET
Do comp “best practices” still hold up? Long tenures, quiet pay, and slow markets shaped the rules most comp teams still follow. Today, with AI and greater transparency, employees have more information at their fingertips than ever before. So what does comp look like from here?
Join two comp experts – Novo Insights founder Paul Reiman and beqom’s Jane Anderson – for a candid conversation on which best practices still deserve the name and which trends will define 2027 and beyond. They will draw on Paul’s recently published book, Pay Differently, to show how the goalposts have moved in the age of transparency.
What you'll learn:
- Which comp “best practices” no longer hold up, and which still earn the name.
- Why pay transparency in North America is an information challenge, not a regulatory one.
- How structure and governance around pay decisions help you stand behind them.
- What to measure in your annual cycle to know whether your changes worked.
- Where Paul and Jane see comp heading in 2027 and beyond.
Take a break from prep season to pressure-test your assumptions with two thought leaders in a candid, fun conversation. Bring your questions for the live Q&A.
