From Spreadsheets to Strategy: Front-Line Secrets to Implementing a Comp Solution, With beqom & T. Rowe Price

Thursday, 18th June 2026 at 10am ET / 4pm CET
Every compensation leader knows the pain that spreadsheets can cause.
They’re inefficient, introduce data security risks, and force your comp team to act as data chasers rather than strategic partners. But jumping straight into a new tool without a clear blueprint is where many digital transformations can stall.
Join Cristina Flores (T. Rowe Price) and Jane Anderson (beqom) for an exclusive, front-line look at how T. Rowe Price successfully modernized their compensation architecture. They’ll share the exact frameworks, governance structures, and change management tactics they used to eliminate manual risk and elevate comp to a strategic business driver.
What you will learn:
- How to build a solid foundation: How to optimize and document your ideal future process from the get go, and the importance of ruthlessly prioritizing must-haves over edge cases.
- Navigating User Acceptance Testing (UAT): What it takes to kick the tires of a customizable system, how to structure workstreams, and how to learn through testing.
- Change management: What’s needed to support implementation and win over skeptics and spreadsheet loyalists.
- How to measure success: Pre and post-launch KPIs that prove to your organization that the investment was worth it.
