Vismay will be responsible for enabling beqom’s customers to drive maximum value in terms of their human capital and compensation strategy via beqom’s Total Compensation platform.
Vismay brings 15 years of experience in the industry, joining beqom from First Republic Bank where he was the Head of Compensation. Prior, he has worked in multiple roles supporting compensation strategy, executive compensation, operations and systems, as a Director at Credit Suisse and also in management consulting and audit positions. He brings solid compensation domain expertise in financial services and beyond with a key focus on transformation strategy, compensation design and execution, and process re-engineering.
