beqom, the provider of a cloud-based total compensation solution, is pleased to announce that it has received a remarkable second place in Bilan magazine’s Best Employers of the Year 2019 in the category of Small Enterprises in Switzerland.
More than 100 companies active in the French-speaking region of Switzerland took part in the Bilan magazine survey on HR best practices. The ranking is based on 11 criteria, including development and training, health, corporate social responsibility, and holiday entitlement.
Bilan drew special attention in its rankings to the fact that beqom obtained the certification ISO 27001 in 2018, displaying a high achievement in security compliance.

Supporting a great work environment has helped fuel beqom’s extraordinary employee growth, including expansion in a new Southport, Connecticut office and the addition of a second office in Nyon, Switzerland.
