beqom announces the successful deployment of its solution at the headquarters of CheBanca! – Mediobanca Group

Milan, October 23, 2013: beqom announces today the successful deployment of its solution to manage the annual reward processes at CheBanca!, the retail bank started in 2008 and belonging to the Mediobanca Group.

This roll out follows the adoption of beqom by Mediobanca in 2012 and by Compass S.p.A. in 2013. The application manages Salary Review, Short Term Incentives, Long Term Incentives, Equity plans and Deferral processes, all within one platform, multi-company and multicurrency, compliant with the EBA and the Bank of Italy regulations, with clear satisfaction of the Bank.

We are proud of the CheBanca! deployment that completes Mediobanca Group’s beqom selection. This is a further demonstration of our ability to provide a comprehensive solution for truly global compensation management within Financial Institutions.
