CNHi Launches Bonus Management on beqom’s Total Compensation Platform

beqom announced today the go-live of their Total Compensation Management Software at Case New Holland Industrial (CNHi).  A global leader in the capital goods sector, CNH Industrial operates 12 brands in 190 countries.

Believing in the strategic value of a total compensation approach to cover all HR and Sales performance aspects, CNHi selected beqom to cover their salary alignment, bonus management and sales incentive management for 25,000 employees globally.

In the first phase of the project, CNHi will use beqom’s platform to plan and execute its performance and bonus process. This will be followed by a Salary Alignment process designed to motivate employees toward the company’s objectives and ensure that they are benefitting from a fair pay-policy.

Using beqom with give CNHi the ability to model and change sales incentive plans in response to market conditions, to provide. competitive advantage. Commission payments are now transparent and accurate, benefitting both employees and management in HR and Sales, as well as supporting compliance requirements. The centralized compensation platform makes employees more efficient by automating the processes, saving time and increasing employee engagement. The company is able to save money by ensuring that raises stay within budgeted guidelines, with appropriate approvals and controls.
