Today, beqom announced the successful deployment of its solution for South America’s leading multinational retail company. Earlier this year, beqom was selected as the only integrated Total Compensation provider capable of supporting the end-to-end compensation and performance management process for their executive management population as well as meet their aggressive go-live time frames.
The first phase of the project went live last week with a performance management process for the company’s top 750 managers. This will be followed by the implementation of their salary, bonus and incentive management processes bringing this retailer one step closer to realizing their aggressive growth strategy by ensuring the tight alignment of their performance and compensation processes globally.
