beqom Announces Successful First Customer Event and Launch of Customer Community

Fribourg, 1st July 2013: beqom is proud to announce a successful first customer event in Venice, Italy.

The ICE event also enabled an open and direct exchange between our customers and partners, giving them the chance to share ideas, best practices and visions around beqom. By the nature of the beqom solution, a Total Compensation platform for both HR and Sales incentives, we had the opportunity to discuss different points of view on incentives and share insights on global, multi-industry reward rollout approaches and strategies.

ICE proved the high level of satisfaction of our customers, the professionalism and dedication of our partners and the appreciation of our consulting team who help to turn each beqom project into a success.

This first beqom Customer Event (ICE) was a success for several reasons. We hosted customers and partners coming from four different continents reflecting the truly global character of our company. Customers attending such as Microsoft, BNP Paribas, Turkcell, Campari, Fujitsu, Stanhome, Provident, Sunrise and partners like Accenture, Finext, Polaris, Smartiks and Accurate Equity reinforce beqom’s global nature spanning across multiple industries.

— Didier Katz, Head of Customer Success, beqom

The ICE event also served as an opportunity to launch beqom’s Customer Community, which features the new customer portal and on-line customer community platform.” Didier Katz concludes, “As a result, the ICE event enabled a strong sense of community spirit shared between everyone in attendance.

Keeping this spirit alive throughout the years will facilitate stronger networking between beqom, its Customers and its partners. Stay tuned as more Community Services announcements and updates.”
