Providing a comprehensive overview around latest happenings in performance, reward, and compensation, the conference gave beqom an inspiring setting to showcase its centralized approach to managing compensation.

One of the highlights was a session run by Paul Nelson, Group Head of Reward at Travis Perkins who talked about how beqom’s Total Compensation Solution is helping them achieve “perfect bonus”. Paul outlined the ideal of "perfect bonus" versus the realities of a large and diverse business.
