CNH Industrial Selects beqom to Manage Total Rewards Globally

Burr Ridge, IL, 18th July 2014: beqom announced today the selection of their total rewards platform by CNH Industrial, a leader in the manufacturing capital goods sector with 12 brands and a presence in over 190 countries.

CNH Industrial believes in the strategic value of a total compensation approach to cover all HR and Sales performance and compensation aspects. CNH Industrial selected the beqom platform to cover their salary, bonus processes and sales incentive management for 25,000 employees globally.

beqom was the only provider that could meet our compensation needs. We needed a single, integrated compensation management system deployed globally, that enables us to centralize our compensation processes whilst still maintaining flexibility at the local level. It was also important for us that beqom has a global presence and can easily engage locally with our team,” said Robert Gerdes, Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at CNH Industrial.

CNH Industrial is a dynamic and forward-looking company.  Working with them has been really inspiring, especially given the size and complexity of their global organization. To see CNH Industrial joining the 100+ global leaders already on beqom makes us really happy: it further validates our Total Compensation Management approach.
