beqom announces application extension at Mercedes-Benz Belgium Luxembourg

Brussels, June 11, 2012: beqom announces today the extension of its solution at Mercedes Belgium Luxembourg, a company of Daimler.

Mercedes Belgium Luxembourg implemented and deployed their sales incentive compensation model with the beqom solution in 2011 to help steer, motivate and incentivize their sales network of independent dealers. Now it expands its deployment towards their after-sales organization including all their recognized service points in Belgium and Luxembourg.

The initial successful and mind shifting fast deployment of the solution for the sales organization was a strong basis to adopt beqom as a single platform to handle multiple dealer types representing multiple trade labels and expand the platform by deploying the compensation plans for their after-sales organization.

Comparable to the sales compensation implementation, the after-sales compensation application was deployed in record time. Services Points are able to access the application in their own language with the user interface automatically adapting to the specific business details of each dealer. Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis, based on imports from their data warehouse as well as imports from external data providers, delivering customer satisfaction KPI’s data such as CSI and NPS per service point.

The after-sales implementation also features a powerful simulation environment to test and approve each data load and subsequent calculations before releasing them into production.
