Sunrise Communications goes live with beqom for the sales incentives and commissions management of their entire dealer network

Zürich, October 1, 2012: beqom is pleased to announce that Sunrise, the largest privately held telecommunications provider in Switzerland, successfully went live with its new beqom Sales Incentive Management System.

The project started early this year with a deep functional requirements analysis. After a successful test run in August, the solution was launched and rolled out to the entire Sunrise Dealer Network.

By replacing its former Sales Incentive System with beqom, Sunrise achieved measurable objectives including faster and more effective communication with its dealer network; a significant reduction in time to calculate commissions; the daily delivery of detailed integrated reporting and an overall reduction in operating expenses.

The management of the system is now in the hand of the business users benefiting from new options such as the planning and simulation of new rate plans and commission models while the system itself is tightly integrated with SAP ERP and the Sunrise Data Warehouse.

Due to the successful first project with beqom being delivered on time and on budget, Sunrise now looks for additional ways to extend their beqom compensation management options for their internal employees, like many other significant industry players such as Orange, France Telecom, Turkcell, Telecom Italia and Vodafone.
