A Total Compensation Solution for CNH Industrial to Drive Happiness Across the Organization

beqom today announced the successful go-live of its Total Compensation Solution for CNH Industrial’s global salary alignment processes. Powered by Microsoft Azure, the solution is designed to motivate employees toward the company’s objectives and ensure that they are benefitting from a fair pay policy.

In a recent survey taken by over 500 beqom users at CNH Industrial, 94 percent reported that the compensation system exceeded their expectations, while 72 percent agreed that the solution had enabled efficient workload management and increased productivity. Technology wasn’t the only thing that they were happy about. 95 percent of the users also had high acclaim for the support they received.

beqom was initially selected by CNH Industrial to cover all HR and Sales performance aspects for 25,000 employees globally. Today, with the help of Azure’s scaling capabilities, the solution has expanded its user base and has a global population of 70,000 employees in more than 100 countries.

By leveraging beqom, the group has automated their performance and compensation management processes in the past two years. CNH Industrial is also now in the second-year of running their Bonus Management Process with beqom.

Looking towards the future

In 2017, beqom aims to deliver a global Promotion Management process for CNH Industrial, which will help them automate and structure close to 3,000 employee promotions each year. 

In large organizations, local managers aren’t always aligned with corporate guidelines and are often prone to giving inaccurate raises during promotions that may not be in line with company objectives. Adding structure and setting out rules to the global Promotion Management process will result in significant cost savings for CNH Industrial.
